Like acrylic and vinyl backpacks , shadow windows and all acrylic products such as boards and basins .Therefore, these items are exempt from our standard return and exchange policy. We apologize that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products once the order is completed, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

 

For some of our traditional products that we keep in stock—such as backdrop bags, napkins , and items listed under the “as-is” category—you may return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and unused.
