Request account deletion
Delete from the app
- Open the Akkas Studio app and sign in.
- Open Account, then Account details.
- Select Delete account and complete the confirmation shown in the app.
Cannot access the app?
Email us from the address attached to your customer account and ask for “Akkas Studio app account deletion.” We may ask you to verify that you own the account before processing the request.

- Saved addresses and customer preferences
- App authentication links
- Registered push-notification tokens
Data that may be retained
Order, payment, refund, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, and legal records may be retained only for the period required by applicable law and legitimate business obligations. Retained records are not kept as an active app login.
We will begin processing after any required ownership verification and will confirm when the deletion request is completed.
